Cascading Waters Yoga Hike w/ Sara O'Reilly

Join us for a nature hike with yoga at Cascading Waters! This trail is a 1.5-mile loop that has an elevation of 203ft. We will hike up next to the waterfall, and then do a 45-minute yoga class at the top open flat area. Then make our way down the loop back to our cars. What better way to start your week than with nature, exercise, and meditation?

Items and gear to have:

Solid boots/sneakers for a hike with good support

Water & snacks

Towel or yoga mat

Backpack if want, something do not have to carry

Dress in layers

It is recommended no cotton, as it does not dry as well as polyester.

Sara is certified in Wellness First Aid, CPR certified, and will have first aid items, bug spray, and sunblock. She has been leading yoga hikes for 4+ years.

Monthly on Saturdays from 11am-1:30pm  $33 per session

*Please Note: the dates with asterisks will include a healing crystal bowl sound bath during shavasana with either: Brandy Lefsyk @hometownyogi, Grace Magnusson @gemyogi or Jess Frey, Lead Faculty @ Kripalu.

Allow yourself to be gently guided into a state of embodied awareness through:

● Mindful breathing

● Meditation

● Gentle yoga

● Body scan or sound bath

● Journaling

● Ambient music
